Sorry about the MIA thing
Ok, lets see, Friday night I went to the station to hang out with Tracie and work on Mom's top. I blocked it when I got home. I had feline help and had I not gotten angry and swatted him away I would have thought to take a pic of him because it really was funny. Here's the top blocking:
Saturday I made Jake's cake and worked on other party things. Also some cleaning.
Sunday was the party itself, and my mom's birthday. I can talk about the after party now since it's past, but I planned a suprise party for her in the evening with my Grandparents and step-dad. It went pretty well, and was at my grandparents house. Wait, i'm ahead of myself.
We drove to the marina, it was scary and rainy and we were worried but once we got closer the sun appeared and we were happy. When we got there I went ahead and gave my mom her gifts:
The top of course and we got her a new digital camera. She was suprised and even asked me if it was real. Silly silly mom. It was to replace the one she had which actually writes to a floppy disk, it's kinda old, and needed a replcement!
Then we set sail, and went to this little island. It was occupied and we fully expected to find some bodies. There were tents and you could still smell the put out fire, and food was on the tables. Looks like they had been there a while, and were terribly messy. We found a suitable tree for the pinata and it went over well, with only one bubble thing breaking. Yes, I would be the dumbass that put something liquid in the pinata and give small children something hard with which to whack it. But in my defence, they were plastic containers and only one broke. Then back to the boat for lunch and cake, and back to the dock for presents before it started raining. We really did have a blast and we were so blessed that the weather cooperated. There are too many pics to put here so I will put them in a yahoo album. You can see them here: http://photos.yahoo.com/brandeekins

Mother's develop a large increase in blood content to help the baby (blah blah eat iron, blah blah) Baby's eyelids are shut over developing eyes. Baby weighs .25 ounces or 7 grams. Baby is now 1.61 inches or 4.1 cm long.
